Backlog busted! and microarray processing at FamilyTree DNA

We are happy to update that we've cleared most of our backlog. We've written to all our customers and advised them of the outcome of their extractions.

We have a proprietary protocol that is delivering great (unprecedented) results on our extractions.

We are also now processing FFPE-based samples ( after extraction in our lab) at FamilyTree DNA on their microarray technology. So if you have a deceased family member that was in a medical facility at some point and you're interested in obtaining their DNA, this might be a route of interest.
