Taking a break....

We are letting our customers know that totheletter DNA will be taking a three-month hiatus. We've been working away on customer samples for over six years and take joy in the heart-warming stories of happy customers. For personal reasons, we need to take a break and assess the path moving forward.

Along with this, if anyone out there has experience with Linux and creating BAM / atDNA files from WGS data, please get in touch. We are single-point sensitive at the moment and looking to broaden our options.

All orders currently with us will continue to progress through as normal.

We will make an announcement on 1 May 2025 as to the status of accepting orders again.
