Has my sample arrived in the lab?
We will advise our non USA-based customers when their sample has arrived in the lab in the US. For all customers, if an extended period has passed and we have not received your sample we will contact you to chase up. Otherwise you can expect we have received it. Please email us if you have any concerns.
The holiday season is now upon us and we will wind down for two weeks in the beginning of January. We expect to be contacting customers before the end of January with an answer to the question "is there DNA in my sample".
